The Platform
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our conversational commerce platform powered by YALO (“the Platform”). By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these terms, which constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and Pakistan Fruit Juice Co. (Pvt.) Limited. (“Company”).
Description of the Platform
The Platform is an AI-powered chatbot designed to facilitate the sale and purchase of Ice Cream offered by the Company. Users can interact with the chatbot via WhatsApp, inquire about products, place orders, and receive customer service and support.
User Obligations
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and agree to notify the Company immediately of any unauthorized use of their account.
- Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration, ordering, and customer service interactions.
Ice Cream Sales and Payments
- All Ice Cream sales are subject to availability.
- Prices listed on the Platform are in PKR and are inclusive of GST but excluding Advance Tax and, if applicable, additional shipping fees.
- Advance Tax will be charged on the total invoice amount based on the user Tax filing status at the rate specified in Income Tax Law of Pakistan.
Customer Service and Support
- The platform is equipped to handle customer service inquiries and support users with their orders and general inquiries.
- In some cases, customer service inquiries may be escalated to human support agents for resolution.
- Users should provide clear and accurate information when seeking customer service to facilitate efficient assistance.
Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform.
Termination
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any User’s access to the Platform at its discretion, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from or related to the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pakistan.
